When the good(s) is ready pick up in our cellar/ office, we will inform you by phone/email, customers please pick up the goods within a week from the day of the notice is sent.
Any goods which are kept in our office over 7 days will be transferred to the warehouse. Storage fee HKD$20 per day will be imposed.

Return and Refund Policy
Should you find anything wrong with our wine or accessories our customer service team will assist you with any item you wish to return. We aim to offer all customers a suitable solution, whether to return the products or replace them for something. We look after our clients and are dedicated to offering the best possible response to their inquiries.
You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
