Jamon Mangalica Ham 28M+ (The rarest pig) closely related to the black Iberian pig is prized for its beautiful marbled fats which are so high in unsaturated fats it will melt in your mouth and is also healthy.
Unlike its close cousin, the Mangalita (pronounced Mangalitsa) pig has a thick curly wool-like coat that resembles a sheep is uniquely suited for the cold harsh Hungarian winters allowing them to develop thick layers of intramuscular fat!
When they have matured the pigs shall be transported to Spain where the legs will be cured to perfection by Spanish Jamon Masters into beautiful hams more supreme and exclusive than their own Iberico.
