Manual harvest and de-stemming. 18 to 20 days fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Aging unfolds 40% in stainless steel and 60% in French oak barrels (2 years old).
Elegant nose evoking ripped red fruits and smoky notes. Tannins are finely polished and round. The old vines bring the signature style of Cabernet Franc with a nice smoothness and decent finish.
