推薦食譜︰

香煎龍蝦尾 (2 人份量)

材料︰

-龍蝦尾2

-1.5 茶匙鹽

-1.5 茶匙黑椒

-2 湯匙橄欖油

-2 湯匙無鹽牛油

-2 湯匙新鮮檸檬汁

-少計蒜蓉

-少許檸檬片(裝飾用)

-少許切碎蕃茜 (裝飾用)

 

步驟︰

1.龍蝦徹底解凍及清洗乾淨

2.龍蝦背後開一刀,尾部扇形位保持完整

3.龍蝦用鹽及黑椒調味

4.於平底鍋中大火加熱 1 湯匙牛油及橄欖油至融化,倒入1湯匙檸檬汁,肉向底煎龍蝦約兩分鐘,直至邊緣位至金黃色

5.翻面,蝦殼向底,蓋蓋,煎1-2分鐘至蝦殼完全變成紅色

6.於平底鍋加熱剩餘牛油,加入蒜蓉爆香,加入剩餘檸檬汁,用湯匙盛起汁液淋上龍蝦面,煎煮多一分鐘

7.上碟,連汁,加蕃茜裝飾
