Vinification firstly takes place in stainless vats to start the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then placed for 12 months aging in oak barrels (including 30 % new oak).
Elegant aromas of lime tree, citrus, white fruits, minerals and vanilla notes. On palate, a round and elegant wine, silky and powerful with a nice balance between richness and acidity.
