Tasting Notes:
90+ Robert Parker - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
" Tipping the scales at 15% natural alcohol, its notes of crushed rock, blueberry and raspberry fruit as well as darker currants and forest floor are followed by a deep, medium to full-bodied, rich wine with relatively sweet tannin but lots of extract and a long finish. Drink it over the next 10-15 years. An impressive wine once again from proprietors Jean-Noel and Dominique Herve, this Fronsac is a blend of two-thirds Merlot and the rest mostly Cabernet Franc as well as tiny quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec."

Rating:
- Wine Spectator 91 pts.
- Robert Parker 90+- pts.
