Tasting Notes:
Purity and precision shimmers in lemon zest, grapefruit and fresh pear notes. Wonderful concentration and refinement are upheld at every moment, propelled by the texture and depth of reserved wines, adding hints of toasted nuts and white chocolate. A long, salty and mineral finish well represents the terroir of Vertus.
